Microsoft Publisher leaves Microsoft 365 in October 2026, and there has never been a Mac version. PubFile opens .pub files on macOS, shows every page, and exports PDF or editable IDML. Unlike the existing Mac tools, stories that flow across pages stay in order. Free for three conversions; PubFile Pro is $29.99 once.

Handles linked text boxes across pages, which every other Mac .pub tool gets wrong (LibreOffice bug 67299, open since 2013).
