Effective

Refunds

Try before you buy, and if you did buy and it is not right, Apple handles the refund. Here is exactly how.

Try it first

The free version is the trial. Open any file, look at every page, read the report, and export three files at full quality. Pay for PubFile Pro only if what you saw is what you need. Most refund requests we could imagine are avoided by converting your hardest file before buying.

How refunds work

PubFile Pro is sold only on the Mac App Store, so Apple is the seller and only Apple can refund it. We cannot see your transaction and cannot issue the refund ourselves.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with.
  2. Find PubFile Pro, choose "Request a refund", and pick a reason.
  3. Apple usually answers within 48 hours, according to its own policy. Apple's guide: Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple.

If Apple turns you down and you think that is wrong, email mrr.rajat.contact@gmail.com with what happened. We cannot override Apple, but we will do what we can, and if PubFile did not do what the preview showed we want to know so we can fix it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live, for example under EU or UK consumer law. Where those rights are broader than Apple's policy, they apply.
